-- What would it take to stimulate private investment and create a "critical mass" of retail/commercial activity in the Rainier Beach area?
-- How can public facilities and properties contribute to creating a strong sense of community in Rainier Beach? Possible examples might include schools and open space.
-- What are some strategies toward meeting the community's revitalization goals?
The panel will be moderated by Commissioner Darryl Smith.
