Situated on a 23-acre site within Carlow Corporate Center and developed by Northern Builders, the 404,000-sf distribution facility sits adjacent to a full-four way interchange on I-55. Features of the facility will include 5% of office space encompassing 20,475 sf on two stories, 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 32 docks, two drive-in doors and parking for 217 cars. The site was designed with expansion capability.
