Located in the 30500 block of Avenida de las Flores, the Santa Margarita Marketplace encompasses more than 300,000 sf. The complex was 100% occupied at the time of the transaction, according to Dennis Vaccaro, a Faris Lee Investments broker who worked on the deal.

Vaccaro and David Lee, also of Faris Lee Investments, represented the seller, K & G Marketplace LLC. The buyer was represented by Roger Clark of The Clark Companies.

K & G Marketplace also sold off 45,872 sf of the complex recently. This portion of the Santa Margarita Marketplace, which houses a Linens N Things, was snapped up by Goodwin & Danzig Family Trusts for $8.3 million, as reported yesterday by Globest.com.
