RJA Group Acquires Security Firm

CHICAGO-The acquisition is designed to add more versatility to the firm as world events trigger the need for greater security services.

CHICAGO-The RJA Group Inc., a global fire and security-consulting firm, has acquired Sako & Associates Inc., a security and communications consulting firm based in northwest Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights. This acquisition is designed to enable RJA to offer clients additional services in security, communications and audio-visual consulting.

William Sako, founder of Sako & Associates, started his company in 1974 and has consulted with private and government-sector firms. He has been named a senior VP at RJA and will be responsible for the operation and growth of the new subsidiary.
