MOUNT LAUREL, NJ-This South Jersey township has retained Bay Pointe Engineering, a subsidiary of one of the region's top engineering and design firms, Schoor DePalma, to help in evaluating the potential recreational development of several sites. Bay Pointe's responsibilities will include site and civil engineering, concept design, environmental and geotechnical investigation and surveying.

Among the local sites that will come under Bay Pointe's scrutiny are Trotters Crossing, the Conrow Property and the Devonshire recreation facility. The firm will also perform a feasibility analysis for a tract at Laurel Acres Park.

Besides Mount Laurel, Schoor DePalma and Bay Pointe Engineering have a combined 11 office locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The firms also boast a client list that includes both public and private-sector organizations.
