The Horsham, PA-based subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. promoted Joseph B. Schrage, who heads the firm's Miami loan production office; and Stephen S. Corzette and John P. Collins, who co-manage the Boca Raton office.
Announcement of the promotions follows the decision by the three loan officers to remain with GMAC Commercial following its acquisition of CSC Cypress Financial Inc. in December.
Since 1991, Schrage served CSC Cypress as a representative for institutional investors. He previously worked for W. Lyman Case & Co. until CSC Cypress Financial acquired it.
Corzette worked at W. Lyman Case since 1989 as vice president and manager in charge of all Florida operations until the CSC Cypress acquisition. He then became a partner.
After four years with W. Lyman Case, Collins was promoted in 1983 to head the company's Florida operations. From 1989 to 1996, he was the owner and founder of two commercial real estate service companies. He then founded CSC Cypress.
