The design firm, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of aerospace giant Boeing Co., plans to relocate its San Diego and Culver City operations to the new Cypress location. According to the terms of the 10-year agreement, Continental Graphics will take 63,235 sf a the project, which stands at 6141 Katella Ave.

Josef Farrar of Julien J. Studley represented Continental Graphics. Brian DeRevere and Laird Perkins of CB Richard Ellis spoke for the landlord, Santa Monica-based Warland Investments Co.

Continental Graphics will join current tenants Electronic Data Systems, American Honda, Rockwell Automation, The Boeing Company, Shaw Industries and TDK at the Warland Cypress Business Center.

"The Cypress market continues to attract major US and international companies by providing excellent demographics for office and technology oriented operations, within a secure, master planned environment," DeRevere says.
