A full 25-year lease has been agreed on the 38,000 sf health club that will include a full gym, swimming pool, sauna, solaria, bar/ brasserie and crèche. All facilities will be open and available to the general public in addition to employees based on the park. Esporta has taken a lease at the office park.

The first phase of the development comprises two office buildings of 100,000 sf each in addition to the health club. When complete the development will offer around 600,000 sf in six buildings.

Henry Williams, development director at Stanhope, said 'The provision of comprehensive leisure facilities has been an important component in the design of this large scale office development. The high quality facilities provided by Esporta will be available when the first tenants move in and will be regarded as a significant attraction to companies in attracting and retaining key staff.'
