In the first sale, studio-lighting company TMB paid nearly $2.6 million for a 34,000-sf building at 10643 Glenoaks Blvd. The seller, Long Beach-based developer DKT Partners, was represented by Bill Birtell of Beitler Commercial. Brent Weirick of Colliers Seeley International's Encino office represented the buyer.

In the second transaction, another studio-lighting company--Leonetti Sunray—acquired a 28,250-sf industrial building at 10601 Glenoaks. Weirick represented Leonetti Sunray as well as the seller, LA-based developer Chase Partners.

Rounding out the trio of transactions, Chase Partners also sold its recently completed, 25,000-sf building at 10639 Glenoaks. The buyer is GER Enterprises, an auto-racing team. Weirick once again represented both parties.
