The center, which has 76,646 sf of office and flex space, is at 4407 Monterey Oaks Boulevard. Building one is 41,885 sf and building two is 34,761 sf.

Kevin Granger, senior vice president of Dallas-based Trammell Crow's office division in Austin, got the assignment for the company. He says, in a prepared statement, that the center offers flexible space for office, showroom, light industrial and light warehouse facilities.

Office Partners, formed by Richard Matz Jr. and R. Stewart Campbell Jr., developed the project. The center is in a fast-growing area near the intersection of MoPac Expressway and US Highway 290. Nearby are shopping centers and a major Motorola Inc. campus.
