76,646-SF Monterey Tech Center Hires Leasing Agent

AUSTIN-Trammell Crow Co.'s Austin office has secured the leasing task for a new two-building project in Austin's southwest submarket. The 76,646-sf development of Office Partners brings all office-flex space to the market.

AUSTIN-Trammell Crow Co.’s Austin office has snagged the leasing duties for Monterey Tech Center, a new two-building development in the city’s southwest submarket. Office Partners LP, the center’s owner, made the assignment.

The center, which has 76,646 sf of office and flex space, is at 4407 Monterey Oaks Boulevard. Building one is 41,885 sf and building two is 34,761 sf.
