New Faces, New Titles Come to Local Real Estate-Related Firms

PHOENIX-Coldwell Banker Metro's appointment of Donald F. Brigham to the post of president is only one of a series of changes the local market has absorbed.

PHOENIX-Changes are the order of the day, it seems, as executvies shuffle job titles and affiliations in area firms. The list of changes includes but is not limited to real estate brokerage houses, and engineering and architectural firms have unveiled recent shifts as well.

In the brokeage arena, Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro has promoted Donald F. Brigham to president and designated broker.

The architectural firm of Atkins Benham has named Larry McLaughlin as production architect, Andrew Silven as project manager and interior designer and Debra Dan as senior civil designer.
