"Dealing with the site's difficult topography, rock excavation and tree preservation requirements will make this a challenging project," says Rick Smith of R&H, "but if all goes smoothly we expect it to take approximately 21 months to complete."
The owner of the project is J.D. Shin, founder and former owner of Camera World. When completed, the project will consist of one to three bedroom units containing outlets for high-speed Internet access, a clubhouse, exercise facilities and a pool. R&H is building a full-scale mockup of the project to assist the owner in material selections.
Summit Real Estate Management is serving as the owner's representative for construction management.
