Construction Underway on $30-Mill Luxury Apartment Complex

WILSONVILLE, OR-By mid 2003, another 326 units will be placed in this city's inventory. Wilsonville Summit Apartments is the handiwork of owner J.D. Shin.

WILSONVILLE, OR-Construction is proceeding on the Wilsonville Summit Apartments, a $30-million, 326-uit complex that is scheduled for completion sometime in mid-2003. Situated on a 20-acre site on the east side of the I-5 that includes a grove of fir and alder trees, the complex’s 26 three-story buildings were designed by Robert S. Leeb Architects and Planners and are being built by locally-based R&H Construction Co.

“Dealing with the site’s difficult topography, rock excavation and tree preservation requirements will make this a challenging project,” says Rick Smith of R&H, “but if all goes smoothly we expect it to take approximately 21 months to complete.”
