Ground will be broken later this month. The freestanding facility will rise next to the 250,500-sf Hemet Valley Mall, which Donahue Schriber owns and manages. It will stand at 2200 W. Florida Ave., previously the site of a Glendale Federal Bank branch.
Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of next year. Donahue Schriber has already secured Panda Express and Starbucks for about half the space in the building.
Tustin-based DMK Inc. will handle construction responsibilities.
