Ceridian Does Estimated $19 Mil Leasing Deal with CarrAmerica

ATLANTA-Ceridian Corp., the Minneapolis-based payroll services company, is renewing its lease with CarrAmerica Realty Corp. of Washington, DC for another eight years at the five-building 300 Embassy Row office park at 6600 Peachtree Dunwoody Road.

Ceridian is adding 6,412 sf of new space to its existing 113,568 sf at the Central Perimeter submarket site.

Ceridian and CarrAmerica officials couldn’t be reached at GlobeSt.com’s publication deadline to learn the value of the lease. But area brokers familiar with the submarket tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the estimated deal is valued at $2.4 million a year or a total $19 million, based on average $20 per sf rent.
