The new space is "ideal given its design elements and our growth objectives," says Jodi Hubler, an executive at Definity. The terms of the lease were notdisclosed.
Bruce Nordin represented Definity Health in the transaction and Norma Jaeger, a senior leasing representative for Duke, worked on behalf of the Indianapolis-based REIT. The 1600 Tower is a nine-story class A officefacility with 248,172 sf. The four-story atrium connects the building to the Travelers Express Tower as well as retail shops, conference rooms, and otherfacilities. The property is three miles west of Downtown and is close to Interstate 394 and Highway 100.
