Investor Zell, Banker Parry to Keynote January Conference

LOS ANGELES-More than 1,000 top commercial real estate professionals are expected to attend the annual 'Real Estate 2002' conference Jan. 16 at Century Plaza Hotel. A half-dozen panels also are planned for the daylong event.

LOS ANGELES-Legendary real estate investor Sam Zell of Equity Group Investments LLC and Robert T. Parry, president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, will be keynote speakers at the daylong Real Estate 2002 conference and forecast Jan. 16 at the Century Plaza Hotel.

More than 1,000 leading commercial real estate professionals are expected to attend the event, which is organized by Beverly Hills-based Real Estate Conference Group. It will be followed by an evening networking and deal-making reception at the hotel.

In addition to keynoters Zell and Parry, featured speakers at the event will include Joseph F. Azrack, CEO of Boston-based AEW Capital Management; John C. Cushman III, chairman of New York City-based Cushman & Wakefield Inc.; Ray H. D’Ardenne, principal, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments of Atlanta; Robert J. Lowe, chairman and CEO of LA-based Lowe Enterprises; and Dale Anne Reiss, Global Industry Leader of New York City-based international real estate consulting and accounting giant Ernst & Young LLP.
