Formerly known as CMA House, 29 King Street will provide high quality office space over six floors, together with basement car parking at the junction of Park Place.

The proposed project will be constructed to a high specification with glazed elevations, air conditioning and a striking glass façade. Each of the six floors will offer open plan space of approximately 10,000 sf. Teesland has not released a timescale nor is it quoting a rent for the project. It has appointed Chesterton as sole agent.

Teesland director Mark Hancock said: '29 King Street represents one of the last major development opportunities in Leeds' traditional core, which is still short of high quality office space. We feel that our proposal will result in a dramatic building which will attract both the local and national marketplaces.'
