Madison Land was able to increase the size of the original scheme by over a third, having recently been granted planning permission to add an extra floor to the existing consent. Managing Director Gary Lees said: 'I believe that the planners' decision will enable us to provide top quality offices at a time when a shortage may be likely in the area.'
