The 10-year franchise agreement was with an affiliate of Apollo Realty Advisors LP, a real estate investment company based in New York City.
The 352-room St. Anthony in San Antonio's CBD has been designated a Texas and National Historic Landmark. Consistently rated a four-star hotel for the past 15 years, the 92-year-old has more than 22,000 sf of meeting rooms, including 15 conference rooms. The hotel is decorated with French Empire antiques, bronzes and other works of art.
The 410-room Wyndham Palm Springs Hotel in Palm Springs, CA is also part of the management conversion. It is part of a 40-acre development. The hotel has 25,000 sf of meeting space and connects to the 100,000-sf Palm Springs Convention Center.
