National speaker Donovan Rypkema of the Real Estate Services Group of Washington,DC will discuss the economic impact of downtown revitalization and adaptive re-use, along with Main Street Oakland County Coordinator Bob Donohue, who helped coordinate the Western Knitting Mill restoration project.

The Rochester Downtown area was chosen by the Main Street program to receive funds to increase the success of the popular area.
