The tenant is Triple A Containers Inc. Its new facility stands at 16069 Shoemaker Ave.

The new lease will allow Triple A to consolidate its operations that are currently based in Orange and Buena Park, two cities that are a few miles to the south. Steve Sprenger of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office and Randy Coe of Colliers Seeley International represented the tenant in the transaction.

The Cerritos development is owned by privately held Bechler Corp. of Long Beach. Ted Carpenter and Mike Carpenter of Carpenter & Associates represented Bechler.
