He was named executive vice president of brokerage in 1998, responsible for overseeing the company's commercial real estate division. In February 1999, D'Angelo returned to commercial property sales with the title of senior vice president.

D'Angelo joined DMCAR in 1997 and served as the group's treasurer in 1999-2000, chaired the strategic planning and director nominating committees, and served on the budget finance committee.

John Propp, broker-owner of Propp Property, a full-service commercial real estate firm, was elected as president-elect until Sept. 30,2002.

Propp has been a member of DMCAR since its inception in 1994. Propp's experience includes residential housing, commercial investment property brokerage, managing retail and residential properties and developing condominiums.

Darrin Revious, a broker with the Frederick Ross Co., was elected as treasurer and Sallie Taylor, of Irwin & Hendrick, was elected as secretary.

DMCAR represents about 1,500 commercial Realtors in the metro area.
