For the past 11 years, Philbin has been a senior vice president with Burnham Real Estate Services, providing management oversight to the firm's UTC office. Prior to that, he was a senior marketing consultant specializing in industrial/R&D sales and leasing with Grubb & Ellis in San Diego.
