Albertson's is converting the former 29,759-sf Super Saver space to a traditional Albertson's grocery format and expanding its existing store to 46,660 feet. Paul Holling of Pacifica Enterprises negotiated the $1.7-million lease extension with the assistance of Bruce Schiff of BRE Commercial/NAI's North County office.
Other major tenants include Rite Aid and US Bank. Rite Aid will completely remodel the interior of its space to coincide with the reopening of the remodeled center.
Tate Consulting Architects provided remodel designs and CESN Construction is the general contractor. Bruce Schiff and Phil Lyons of BRE Commercial/NAI's North County office will handle the leasing of available building and in-line space.
