Campus Life of San Diego County signed a more-than-three-year lease for 4,591 sf of office space at 12600 Stowe Dr. The space will be used for general offices and a meeting area for high school students and counselors. The deal is valued at $181,000. Westcore and Campus Life of San Diego County both represented themselves in the lease talks.
Meanwhile, Admatt General Insurance Agency Inc. signed a three-year lease for 1,022 feet in the same building in a deal valued $40,000. The parties again represented themselves.
Reynolds Composites LLC, a company engaged in research and development of composite material, has signed a two-year lease for 1,430 sf at 12544 Kirkham Court. The deal is valued at $32,000.
