The new hotel is about 20 miles from the Minneapolis St. Paul InternationalAirport, 10 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis and 15 minutes from Downtown St. Paul. The Courtyard Roseville/Minneapolis also is located near Mall of America, Como Zoo and Conservatory and Minnesota State Fair.
Courtyard has more than 540 hotels worldwide, including properties in the U.K.,Germany and China.
Courtyard is a "select-service" hotel, in which customers pay for services they wantat rates below traditional full-service hotels, says Courtyard brand vice president Mike Hutter. Rates begin at $89 per night at the three-story hotel, which also offers two meeting rooms with more than 1,000 sf of meeting space to accommodate small meetingsand functions of up to 50 people.
The Courtyard Roseville features 42 suites with a king-size bed, refrigerator and microwave oven, and seven king-size suites with whirlpool spas.
Marriott International Inc. has nearly 2,400 operating units in the US and 63 other countries and territories.
