120-Room Courtyard by Marriott Opens

ROSEVILLE, MN-The "select service" hotel 10 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis and 15 minutes from Downtown St. Paul will be owned and operated by CSM Lodging. Rates begin at $89 per night.

ROSEVILLE, MN-Marriott International recently opened a 120-room Courtyard by Marriott here. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by CSM Lodging of St. Paul, MN.

The new hotel is about 20 miles from the Minneapolis St. Paul InternationalAirport, 10 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis and 15 minutes from Downtown St. Paul. The Courtyard Roseville/Minneapolis also is located near Mall of America, Como Zoo and Conservatory and Minnesota State Fair.

Courtyard has more than 540 hotels worldwide, including properties in the U.K.,Germany and China.
