The company has already moved to the new site in Santa Ana, which now houses its headquarters. Gieling consolidated locations in Fountain Valley, Garden Grove and Santa Ana into its new building, which stands at 515 E. Dyer Rd. The facility gives Gieling the space it needs for its growing operations, which include air and ground transportation, warehousing and distribution and messenger and courier services.

Gieling was represented by Denny Pender of Nathan Howard Group Inc. and Commercial Real Estate Firm. Brian Ward of Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office spoke for the landlord, Cabot Industrial.

The overall vacancy rate for Santa Ana industrial property stood at 4.9% at the end of the third quarter, according to a recent report by Cushman & Wakefield. In addition, the industrial sector here has experienced a positive net absorption of 84,645 sf during the first nine months of 2001, the report says.
