The 80,000 sf, four-story atrium office building is located at 10509 Vista Sorrento Parkway in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego fronting Interstate 805. The lease transaction is valued at $2.4 million.
Phil Wise, Brian Driscoll and Eric Northbrook of Colliers International represented Mitsui Real Estate. Frank Gallagher of Capital Structures Corporation represented the lessee. The leading global manufacturer of tissue, personal care and health care products, Kimberly-Clark will occupy their new product sales office Dec. 1.
