Boston Properties Inc. developed the Andover Office Park last spring as a two-building 230,000-sf campus-style complex located on 20 acres here near Route 93, about 25 minutes north of Boston. Among its current tenants is Agilent Technologies, a spin-off of the Hewlett-Packard Company, which recently signed a lease expansion for 19,259-sf at the facility. The company already leases 60,000 sf at the office park.

Zurich American Insurance Company also leased 11,644 sf here with Randy Goldstein representing Boston Properties, while Matt Daniels of Spaulding & Slye represented the tenant. The Oasys Group, a consulting firm has also leased space at the facility. The office park still has 20,000-sf of space available.
