The letting means that the office element of One Knightsbridge Green is now more than 80% pre-let. Only two floors remaining of 8,236 and 16,408 sf remain available through letting agent Jones Lang LaSalle. Last year Prudential pre-let 81,350 sf of offices on floors one to five to international advertising agency J Walter Thompson.
The refurbishment of One Knightsbridge Green is due for completion at the end of October 2001. The scheme comprises 28,500 sf of retail space fronting Brompton Road, with 127,000 sf of office space above.
