The company has had a "long consulting relationship" with Harris, says Robert Greenberg, president of The 614 Co. Harris will help the company focus on longer-term corporate strategies such as asset enhancement, new development, acquisitions and repositioning ofexisting assets, Greenberg says.

Harris has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, mostrecently as a vice president with L.J. Melody & Co., formerly the Eberhardt Co.

The 614 Co. owns and operates commercial real estate nationwide, with the Young Quinlan Building at 9th and Nicollet Mall in Downtown Minneapolis as its "most visible" Twin Cities property.
