Wilton Takes 441,562 SF in Pinnacle

ROMEOVILLE, IL-The baking and cake decorating products manufacturer relocates from nearby Woodridge next month as it expands to larger quarters in the 800-acre Pinnacle Business Center, located near two I-55 interchanges.

ROMEOVILLE, IL-Despite recent sluggishness in the I-55 Corridor industrial market, Columbus, OH-based The Pizzuti Companies has signed Wilton Industries to a 441,562-sf at its Pinnacle II in the 800-acre Pinnacle Business Center. The baking and cake decorating products manufacturer is relocating from nearby Woodridge when the building is completed next month.

“It is important that Wilton Industries remain in the western suburbs,” says Wilton Industries Vice President of Operations Clay Naccarato. He adds the company sought more space for distribution.

Pinnacle Business Center is near two I-55 interchanges — Weber Road and Route 53. The development boasts a location that makes overnight delivery to more than 50% of the US population possible.
