In signing the seven-year lease, CNM will take over a huge block of space formerly occupied by Nortel Networks. The office complex stands at 4100 Guardian Way.

CNM will use the space as its new headquarters. The company provides a variety of high-tech services, including the design of Internet networks and fiber optic systems.
