NCO Financial Inc. signed a five-year lease extension valued at about $1.1 million. The company renewed its lease effective Nov. 15 for 10,673 sf of office space at 2851 Camino Del Rio South. Grubb & Ellis Vice President Don Agan and Senior Vice President Jack Kruger represented the lessor, 2851 Camino Del Rio LP. Fernando Murillo of Equis Corp. represented the lessee.
In the second deal, the state of California signed a four-year lease for $890,000. The government office took occupancy of the space at 2878 Camino Del Rio South on Oct. 1. Kruger and Agan represented the lessor, Interstate Plaza LP. CB Richard Ellis represented the state.
The third lease was signed by Discount Tobacco Outlet Inc. The five-year retail deal for 1,317 sf at 10450 Friars Road was negotiated by Reg Kobzi of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessor, Friars Partners LLC. The value of that lease deal was not disclosed.
