Van Barron joins the firm's retail group Nov. 1 and will direct transaction and operations management. He arrives from CB's Southeast Office Investment Advisors where he was vice president for the past three years, focusing on office sales.
Prior to that, Barron spent 11 years as an investment manager with MetLife. He has completed $750 million in aggregate transactions during his career to date.
Chris Bosworth joins the firm's retail sector Dec. 1 as a specialist in triple-net retail transactions and 1031 exchange deals. Bosworth was previously with CB's Washington, D.C., office, where he focused on private-market and triple-net retail investments. Before that, he was with Marcus and Millichap.
