The project is rising on North Fifth Avenue, next to the Foothill (210) Freeway and inside Arcadia's redevelopment district. Monrovia-based Hale Corp., a partner in the project, is the design-build contractor.

Each of the two buildings will have three floors. One building will offer 55,600 sf, with the other featuring 30,000 sf.

The 30,000-sf building was designed to the specifications of National Automobile & Casualty Insurance, which will take title to the property when it is completed next June. The 55,600-sf structure will be marketed to tenants by a CB Richard Ellis brokerage team of Kevin Duffy, Bill Ukropina and Damon Feldmeth.
