Formerly known as Qual-Med of Washington, Molina will set up shop on the entire top floor of the building, located at 21,54- 30th Drive SE. Molina, which also has offices in Spokane, is one of the largest networks of physicians, hospitals, and ancillary healthcare professionals in Washington.

The Canyon Park Heights Office Center totals 143,800 sf of rentable space and was built last year. It features four elevators, covered parking and easy access to interstates 405 and 5.
