He will continue to monitor a portfolio of Twin cities properties and provide supervision to Opus' property management staff.

Steinke, who was previously senior property manager, has been responsible for overall management of Opus' Arbor Lakes mixed-use development in Maple Grove, MN, which features a variety of retail and office space in a downtown design concept. Steinke was "instrumental in maintaining strong relations with Maple Grove city officials and in cultivating business relationships between Opus and several third-party clients," says Mike Dwyer, senior vice president and managing director of Opus Northwest Management.

Steinke joined Opus in 1999 after 14 years as a property manager with Welsh Cos. and with the Minneapolis regional office of MEPC American Properties Inc.

Opus Northwest is an affiliate of Minnetonka, MN-based Opus Cos., a major commercial real estate developer and services company that manages more than 35 million sf of commercial property.
