Mona Carlton of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Dallas office arranged the financing. Greenlawn Crossing, completed this year, is anchored by an H-E-B grocery store and is 96% leased.
The 105,832-sf shopping center is at the southwest corner of Louis Henna and Greenlawn boulevards, part of a concentrated retail area near Dell Computer Corp.'s Round Rock campus. Some people in Round Rock refer to the area as the "Sales Tax Capital of Texas" because of the presence of Dell, which tracks computer sales through its office, the mixed-used La Frontera development and Boardwalk shopping center. The Dallas-based Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has completed more than $40 billion in debt, structured finance and investment sales transactions since 1998.
