The largest of the deals involves Florida-based Office Depot Inc, which will leases about 237,000 sf of space in Odenton, Maryland's Arundel Crossing. Trammell Crow Vice President John C. Childs Jr. says the company, "wanted to stay in the Baltimore-Washington corridor because they had an existing work force there." Also in Anne Arundel County, Maritime Applied Physics Corp. takes on 14,437, sf of leased space.

Three of the deals involve companies in Howard County. The institute for Regulatory Science renews its lease of 4,480 sf and adds 4,200 sf of additional space. Ann's House of Nuts, Inc subleases 153,480 sf, and labor management solutions company Kronos leases 11,600 sf. In the Baltimore area, international logistics provider TNT Logistics renews its lease of nearly 120,000 sf of warehouse space, and Lamp Lighters Corp. purchases 24,300 sf of industrial space. Raymond Geddes & company subleases approximately 154,000 sf of warehouse space in Rossville Industrial Park.
