Deere Subsidiary Relocates, Adds About 4,000 SF

AUSTIN-Century Rain Aid practically quadruples its industrial and manufacturing space in Austin's north submarket. The irrigation equipment supplier relocates within the same submarket and takes half of a Metric Boulevard facility.

AUSTIN-Century Rain Aid, a supplier of irrigation systems, has leased 5,000 sf of industrial and manufacturing space at 10805 Metric Blvd. in the north submarket. The company was recently bought by Deere & Co.’s landscape business.

Casey Borgers, an industrial specialist with NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Inc. in Austin, represented the building owner, Miller Blueprint Co. Century’s building is next door to Miller’s blueprint-blue building at 10713 Metric.
