Blue Cross-Blue Shield is one of the largest health insurance providers in the San Antonio area. The Fountainhead office is geared toward sales and administrative functions. Blue Cross-Blue Shield's Texas headquarters is in Dallas.
Transwestern provides investment services, corporate advisory, development, research, property and facilities management, and leasing services for clients with all classes of properties. Transwestern's property sales and financings total $2.5 billion, leasing and management exceed 100 million sf and development in excess of 5.3 million sf.
