CB Richard Ellis brokers Bill Thompson, Jim Bolt and Mike Camp brokered the deal.
Rental leased the space in Building No. 22, which covers nearly 200,000 sf.
Based in Scottsdale, AZ, Rental Service serves the construction, industrial/petrochemical, manufacturing, government and homeowner markets. The new facility will employ approximately 30 people.
"Majestic's Aurora location, coupled with the building and park amenities, were key factors in our decision to locate a super-distribution center here," says Rental Service's region retail manager, Doug Kotwica. "The metro area offers cheaper outbound freight costs and we liked the highway system and the property's access to that system."
Majestic has pre-leased 75% of the 200,000-sf property. The building, with 50,000 sf of space still available, is scheduled for completion in November. The property features 30-foot ceilings, large truck courtyard, trailer parking and ESFR sprinkler system.
