KML, based in London, ON, has 250 employees and makes doors and windows in shapes, sizes, options and performance features not readily available for most window and door manufacturers. The company targets builders, architects and retail distributorsnationwide. Andersen plans to operate KML as a wholly owned subsidiary, and expects to make very few changes to its existing operations and customer base.

Privately owned Andersen specializes in making wood windows and patio doors, and sells its products in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and theMiddle East.
