Norton Karno and Chris Coseo bought the retail project located on 9.6 acres at Town Center Parkway in Santee. The seller was Santee Acquisitions L.P. Richard Lebert and Mark McEwen of Colliers International represented both the seller and buyer.
Originally built in 1990 by La Jolla Pacific Development, Santee Town Center is bordered by Home Depot, Wal-Mart and Costco. The project is directly across the street from the planned 465,000 sf Trolley Square retail development.
Santee Town Center tenants include Washington Mutual, Hometown Buffet, Marriott's Allies Restaurant and the Auto Zone.
