In accepting the appointment, Blasi joins a select group of real estate developers and owners from privately owned companies who are focusing on operational and development issues affecting their businesses.
NAIOP, which has 9,000 members, created the National Forums program to provide exclusive networking opportunities for senior-level members of the association. Each member must have 10 or more years experience in the commercial real estate industry and more than one year's membership in NAIOP.
NAIOP's South Florida chapter earlier this year picked Codina Development as its Developer of the year.
