Steve Rocher and Kristen Porter, both of the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co., represented the building owner, BMS Management. Kase Velasco with NAI Partners Commercial Realty acted on the tenant's behalf. Porter tells GlobeSt.com that the corporate travel agency has been in the building for at least 10 years.

Porter says Richmond Plaza I is one of 14 buildings in Houston owned by New York City-based BMS Management. Grubb & Ellis' Houston office is the portfolio's leasing agent. The eight-story Richmond Plaza I is a 176,000-sf, class B office building, constructed in 1982. It carries advertised lease rates ranging from $16.50 per sf to $17.50 per sf, with terms running from 36 months to 60 months.
